Setup Check

Within an employee’s first 90 days sometimes the simple things create an anchor in the onboarding process. We will check in and make sure their first paycheck came through, discuss if they completed all benefits-related information, do they need access to platforms such as email, point of sale, LMS, or payroll portal. This topic will prompt follow-up with your franchise team to ensure no open items linger. Which in turn frees up energy to focus on the position and smashing those 90-day goals.
